Our modern air-conditioned gym is designed to support all levels of fitness, from beginners to athletes. Equipped with a range of cardio machines, free weights, and functional training equipment, it’s the ideal space to train, stay active, and reach your goals.

With free parking and a convenient location in Cardiff City Centre, Ocean Park Arena makes it easy to fit fitness into your lifestyle.

We currently offer a pay-as-you-go service of £5 per use & also private rental of the gym for an hour at £30 per hour.
